Fram Arctic Laboratory Fellow Meeting 2004

The First Fellowship Program-2004 Meeting of the Joint Russian-Norwegian “Fram” Laboratory for NPI/AARI Arctic Climate Research (FAL) in the framework of Joint Research Programme AARI/NPI for the technical-scientific co-operation in Arctic and the North in the framework of the Agreement on Science and Technology Cooperation in Arctic and North Research between Ministry of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation and Research Council of Norway was been held on March 10-11, 2004 at the Norwegian Polar Institute, Polar Environmental Centre in Tromso, Norway.
